Snow Cones

SnowdUnder Snow Cones are made with finely shaved ice (like powdered ice) and flavours sourced from Crows Nest Soft Drinks, (a SE Queensland company since 1903) Flavours include: Cola, Lime, Strawberry, Creaming Soda, Portobello, Strawberry Lemonade, Pineapple, Lemon, Raspberry, Blue Heaven, Coconut, Grape and others regularly cycled thru the range.

Sizes are: Regular (8oz cup) and Large (12 oz cup)

Environmental Responsibility

At SnowdUnder we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and have initiated the following steps:

  • Our equipment runs on LPG, Solar and Batteries, alleviating the need for a noisy and polluting generator.
  • Waste water is collected and reused as grey water for grounds irrigation
  • Waste coffee grinds are collected and recycled into compost for gardens

Barista Coffee

Our hand crafted barista coffees use beans sourced locally and loving roasted by Somerset Artisan, The "Old Farm Truck" and "Rail Bridge Decaf" blends have been chosen fro their smooth texture and full flavour. We can make just about any coffee from a Piccolo to a Flat White or from a Chai Latte to to a Cappuccino and anything in between. So, if you are after a "Large Double shot, Decafe Skinny Latte with a Caramel shot" Then we are up for the challenge!

A range of milks are available at no extra cost including: Full Cream, Skinny, Soy and Almond

UpScale

At SnowdUnder we can upscale to suit your event with a retro snow cone cart that can operate independently. Our trailer can operate as snow cones and coffee or each on their own. Signage is magnetic and can be adjusted accordingly.
